Terms of Enrollment
1. ARRIVE agrees to provide to Student those services expressly outlined in the selected Program Descriptions attached hereto (the “Program Descriptions”).
2. Payment is due upon enrollment. No refunds will be given after the conclusion of the Student’s first meeting with an ARRIVE counselor.
3. ARRIVE shall provide only the services expressly identified in the selected Program Descriptions. The student is solely responsible for all other work, tasks and/or costs related to the college application and admission process, including but not limited to filling out applications, writing essays, typing, re-typing, copying, laser printing, proofreading, meeting deadlines and express mail costs.
4. Each of the undersigned understands and acknowledges that an existing appointment must be canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Each of the undersigned further understands and acknowledges that if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the Student will be assessed a cancellation fee of $50.
5. Each of the undersigned acknowledges that ARRIVE only assists in preparing college admissions applications and that the Student is solely responsible for all content and the final proofreading of all documents for any errors and/or omissions.
6. Each of the undersigned understands and acknowledges that ARRIVE makes no warranty regarding admissions to college or the appropriateness of any college selected by the Student. Each of the undersigned further understands and acknowledges that ARRIVE does not and cannot guarantee the Student’s admission to any college.
7. Each of the undersigned understands and agrees that the Student is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all content in his or her college applications. Further, each of the undersigned understands and agrees that ARRIVE is not responsible or liable in any way for errors, omissions, inaccuracies or any other defect in Student’s college applications.
8. All program content (“ARRIVE Content”), including but not limited to admissions techniques, writing techniques, and course materials, remains the property of ARRIVE. The undersigned agrees that no ARRIVE Content, or copies thereof, will be distributed to any third party without the prior written consent of ARRIVE. The undersigned understands that revealing ARRIVE Content to any third party will cause irreparable harm to ARRIVE.
9. ARRIVE reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and may exercise this right in its sole and absolute discretion.
10. Each of the undersigned acknowledges that he or she has read, fully understands, and agrees to the above Terms of Enrollment.
